SmartToolHQ started in 2023 when our founders — veterans of IT consulting and enterprise delivery — grew frustrated with bloated project tools that charged a fortune but solved only half the problem.
They had seen firsthand how delivery teams struggled with unstructured processes, missed renewals eating into budgets, and governance gaps that led to costly project failures.
So they built the tools they wished they had. Starting with DeliveryX — a structured IT governance platform — and SubTracker — a clean and powerful subscription manager — SmartToolHQ was born.
